Itineary

Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), you will be transferred to Gangtok.

After hotel check-in and relaxation, visit MG Marg — the heart of Gangtok and a vibrant vehicle-free promenade ideal for relaxed evening strolls.

You can shop for:

  • Traditional Sikkimese handicrafts

  • Tibetan carpets & woollens

  • Prayer flags & Buddhist souvenirs

  • Organic Sikkim tea and locally made products

Overnight stay at Gangtok.

After breakfast, proceed towards Tsomgo Lake, situated at about 12,400 ft above sea level.

This glacial lake is surrounded by snow-capped mountains and offers stunning reflections of the Himalayan peaks. During winter, the lake remains partially frozen, creating a magical landscape.

Enjoy:

  • Optional traditional Yak Ride along the lakeside

Continue to Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, located around 13,000 ft. This revered shrine is dedicated to an Indian Army soldier believed to spiritually guard the region.

Later, embark on a scenic Silk Route drive to Zuluk, passing through one of the most picturesque routes in Sikkim.

Overnight stay at Zuluk.

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour around Zuluk and nearby high-altitude attractions.

  • Thambi View Point – Famous for breathtaking sunrise views and iconic zigzag roads.
    • Lungthung View Point – A panoramic stop offering sweeping Himalayan vistas.
    • Kupup Lake (Elephant Lake) – A glacial lake shaped like an elephant, surrounded by misty mountains.

After sightseeing, transfer back to Gangtok.

Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Proceed towards Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station for your onward journey.
