Welcome to SD Travel Group. By booking any tour package, service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
- All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment as communicated at the time of reservation.
- The balance payment must be cleared before the start of the tour.
- Bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, permits, and other services.
- SD Travel Group reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
- Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in fuel cost, government taxes, hotel tariffs, or currency fluctuations.
- Full payment must be received before travel documents, vouchers, or confirmations are issued.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and non-refundable expenses.
- No refund will be provided for unused services once the tour has started.
- In case of natural calamities, roadblocks, political disturbances, or unforeseen events, refunds will be subject to hotel and vendor policies.
- Any changes in travel dates, hotel category, or itinerary must be requested in writing.
- Amendment charges may apply depending on service provider policies.
- SD Travel Group will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Travel Documents & Permits
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) during travel.
- For destinations like Nathula Pass or Bhutan, required permits and documentation must be submitted on time.
- SD Travel Group is not responsible for denial of entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Standard check-in and check-out times will apply as per hotel rules.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Hotel categorization (3 Star / 4–5 Star) is based on local standards and may vary by destination.
- Vehicles are provided as per itinerary and not on disposal basis unless specified.
- AC may not operate in hilly areas due to terrain conditions.
- Driver working hours are regulated; additional usage may attract extra charges.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, alternate arrangements will be made as soon as possible.
- Due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, or government restrictions, sightseeing may be modified.
- SD Travel Group reserves the right to alter the itinerary for safety and operational reasons.
- No compensation will be provided for missed sightseeing due to circumstances beyond our control.
SD Travel Group acts as a tour organizer and is not liable for:
- Natural disasters
- Political disturbances
- Flight/train delays or cancellations
- Loss of luggage, theft, or personal injury
Guests are advised to take travel insurance for added protection.
- Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude destinations such as Tsomgo Lake or North Sikkim.
- Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- SD Travel Group is not responsible for health-related issues arising during travel.
- Guests are expected to respect local customs, traditions, and laws.
- Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by guests will be chargeable.
- Misconduct or illegal activities during the tour may result in termination of services without refund.
SD Travel Group shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or government restrictions.
All disputes arising from bookings or services shall be subject to jurisdiction under Indian law.
By confirming a booking with SD Travel Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
